Max Werner, who joined Renaissant in February 2021, has been promoted to Customer Success Engineer, responsible for overseeing customer implementations.
A civil engineer and US Army Officer, Werner has quickly brought tremendous value to the Renaissant team and customers.
“Max has hit the ground running building outstanding relationships with our customers and becoming their go-to for any implementation needs,” said Tom Dean, CEO. “We’re thrilled to elevate Max to his new role so he can take on even more responsibilities as we grow.”
Max provides customer support as well as implementation services for all Renaissant customers. Based in Florida, he brings extensive supply chain experience to customers from his previous work in the US military, supporting end-to-end movement of more than $150 million in military equipment from South Korea to the U.S.
